Inspired by wonderful holidays in Cape Town (Clifton Beach), our completely renovated flat was created with a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the Mar Menor. Wake up every morning to an unforgettable view. From your bed you can look out directly over the Mar Menor in front of you and listen to the glistening waves. After the core refurbishment of the house in 2020, we have completely renovated it and made it very open, modern and luxurious. We have tried to avoid artificial air conditioning as far as possible and to allow natural "circulation" throughout the year. Naturally, a high-quality air conditioning system is still installed, which also serves as heating in winter. The open-plan concept means that the flat is flooded with light and offers you a breathtaking play of colours during the day.
