Discover your dream destination for your next holiday: our 61 m² attic flat in an environmentally friendly efficiency house, built in 2020, promises a time-out in an idyllic location. Nemmersdorf, a tranquil village not far from the church, provides the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Completed with great attention to detail, we have been welcoming guests to this oasis of well-being since mid-September 2023.
Inside, you will find modern furnishings that leave nothing to be desired: A large king-size bed garnished with a high-quality mattress topper and an additional bed offer space for up to three people. The fully equipped Nolte kitchen, including the latest electrical appliances and a wide range of kitchen utensils, invites you to cook together. The cosy living room with sofa bed, large dining table and entertainment electronics completes the offer. Fast Wi-Fi and a neat bathroom with shower and washing machine, including all the necessary toiletries, go without saying.
Outside you can enjoy our lovingly landscaped front garden, which invites you to relax with a seating area and swing. A charcoal barbecue can be provided on request. You can park your car safely in one of the two parking spaces right next to the house.
The surrounding area also has a lot to offer: The Fichtelgebirge, a paradise for nature lovers and active holidaymakers, begins directly above Nemmersdorf. Whether e-mountain bike tours or hikes, here you can set off on adventures in unspoilt nature. In the surrounding area, there are excursions to the Ochsenkopf, natural lakes or the festival and student town of Bayreuth. Specialist shops and restaurants can be found in the surrounding villages, all of which are just a few kilometres away.
