From April 2023, the completely renovated house will welcome up to 6 guests and promises unique moments as the perfect starting point for adventure seekers, relaxation seekers and culture and nature lovers. On the doorstep, there are hiking and cycling trails through the impressive Harz landscape just waiting to be discovered.
Inside the house, you will find 70 square metres of modern interior design spread over two floors, leaving nothing to be desired. The ground floor has a guest WC with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and spacious wardrobes next to an inviting living room with satellite TV and a large seating area offering additional sleeping accommodation as well as a fireplace. A modern bathroom with shower, WC and underfloor heating completes the accommodation.
The outdoor area of the house tempts you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings with a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. Part of the garden is exclusively available to our guests, perfectly complemented by secure parking facilities for bicycles and a table tennis table for entertaining hours outdoors. The rural ambience is lovingly rounded off by the house alarm clock, the cockerel and the presence of various small animals.
