Villa El Deseo is beautifully situated in the countryside near the famous white washed Andalusian village of Comares, voted ‘Pueblo Magico d’España’. The unique natural reserve Montes de Malaga is nearby. The house lies in a peaceful natural environment, though at walking distance from some bars/restaurants.Beautifully situated cosy country villa (6p) with large swimming pool. Unique mountain views. Pet friendly fenced. Walking distance to local bars/restaurants. It is a cosy fully-equipped country villa with 3 bedrooms (1 of them with aircon), 2 bathrooms, American kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils), living room (with fireplace and smart tv) and an amazing outdoors. There is a very large terrace with BBQ, spacious dining area with furniture and sunshade, breakfast corner and children’s swing. The eyecatcher though, is the amazing pool area. The large pool (8.20 X 4.50) offers privacy but also a breath taking view on the surrounding mountains. There are sun loungers and parasols.There is free WIFI in the house and a washing machine is at your disposal. All the windows have flyscreen and there are outside lights all around the house. Pets can be allowed but only after consultation and there is an extra fee to be paid. The whole plot is fenced. There is safe parking space for 2 cars. The house is surrounded by a very ample terrace that is completely fenced. The large pool (8.20 X 4.50) offers privacy but also a breath-taking view on the surrounding mountains. There are sun loungers and parasols. There is a children's swing and a large barbecue. It is really enjoyable, eating outside at a beautiful wooden table with sunshade. There is a breakfast spot in front of the house.There are outside lights all around the house. Pets can be allowed but only after consultation and there is an extra fee to be paid. There is safe parking space for 2 cars. Villa El Deseo is a unique place to spend a lovely unconstrained holiday, but also perfect for long term winter visitors. For them we have special offers.Dogs can only be allowed after consultation and there is an extra fee to be paid. From Villa El Deseo you can make beautiful walks in the surrounding nature. Nearby is the lovely hamlet of Los Ventorros where there are 2 bars/restaurants and often music in the weekend. You can walk there in about 10-15 minutes. By car it is just a few minutes.A 5-minute drive from the house takes you into the protected nature reserve of the Montes de Malaga. Here you will find dozens of marked hiking trails, and if you have cycling enthusiasts in your company, this is the route often ridden in the Vuelta de Andalucia. Also by car, it is a wonderful way to drive straight from Comares, through this nature reserve, to the centre of the delightful town of Malaga.Villa El Deseo is located 3km from the beautiful white washed town of Comares, often called ‘the pearl of the Axarquia’. After just 1 visit, you will understand why… Comares, at an altitude of 700 meters, is a typical Andalusian white village with narrow streets. Follow the ceramic footsteps that lead you to extraordinary corners with spectacular views at every step you take. Comares is surrounded by beautiful countryside, full of impressive native trees and beautiful paths that invite you to hike and enjoy nature. Many guests come here to cycle, mountanbike or…..just to relax.There is a supermarket, an ATM, a pharmacy and several bars and restaurants. The view from the balcony in the centre of the village is breathtaking and you can see the Med. Only 35 minutes by car, bring you to the well-known beach of Torre del Mar. Eat crackling fresh fish in one of the many chiringuitos or enjoy a nice ice-cream while you walk on the beautiful promenade. Velez Malaga that lies just next to it, has a big commercial center and many supermarkets.During a day trip, you can visit all the touristic highlights of Andalusia such as Malaga, cultural and gastronomic capital with its streets full of beautiful facades, submerged in history.
