Linz am Rhein is a small town in a wooded area between Koblenz and Bonn with many cafés and restaurants in the picturesque old town. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of hiking opportunities, e.g. Rheinsteig, Ahrsteig, Westerwaldsteig, Rheinburgenweg and the Siebengebirge mountains are in the immediate vicinity. There are also very good opportunities for mountain bikers. The holiday flat has its own 18 m2 terrace and a 60 m2 large garden with deckchair, seating area and stainless steel barbecue and views of the Rhine Valley and Eifel. The flat has its own entrance.
