Müritz Lake Escape with Private Garden and Sauna

Our holiday home is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District in the small and tranquil village of Buchholz in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and directly on the lake. The holiday home was built in 2008 and modernised in 2025 and stands on a large plot of land. Whether you want to be active or relax, here you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. You can go fishing, go boating or cycling or simply enjoy the peace and quiet in a deckchair. Swimming is possible at the bathing area approx. 500 metres from the property. If the weather is not so good, our conservatory invites you to linger or you can go to the sauna or simply make yourself comfortable by the fireplace in our large living and dining area. On the Müritz cycle path, which runs directly past the property, you can reach the great Müritz by bike in about an hour or you can start from the other end of the property with the motorboat available for you. This way you can also reach the large Müritz in an hour. The house is approx. 120 m² in size and can comfortably accommodate six people. It is modernly furnished and equipped with everything that makes life easier. The house is suitable for a maximum of six people. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have a large box-spring bed and the other has two single beds. There is a bathroom on the upper and ground floor, both of which are equipped with a shower, bath and WC. There are two large sofa beds in the large living and dining area, which can sleep two more people. Whether on the terrace, in the conservatory or in the kitchen area, you will find a large dining table and chairs for eight people everywhere. There is a large TV with CD player in the living area. There is also a wood-burning stove, which you are welcome to use on cold days. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare meals with ease. Oven, electric hob and dishwasher are available. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom on the upper floor. There is a charcoal barbecue in the garden. Our sauna house is also located there. Carport/parking space for max. 4 vehicles is available on the property in front of the house. A private jetty is available. Please note that you use these at your own risk. Swimming from the property is not recommended. The holiday home is in a very quiet location. There is a sauna house available. The house is equipped with electric heating in all rooms. Arrival is possible on Saturdays from 3.00 pm and departure until 10.00 am. Fuel for the motorboat is to be paid for on site according to consumption and the current petrol price. The deposit for the motorboat is 100,00 EUR. There is no WLAN available. On the border of the property is the Müritzsee, which in its further course becomes the large Müritz. The nearest bathing area on the Müritzsee is approx. 500 metres away. There are other beautiful lakes in the immediate vicinity, such as Glambecksee, Nebelsee, etc. Swimming from the property is not recommended. There is also a boat marina directly opposite the property, where houseboats moor in summer. The nearest shopping facilities are in Röbel/Müritz. Waren/Müritz is approx. 30 km away, Flecken-Zechlin approx. 20 km.
