The living room awaits you with a cosy sofa and a dining area. Of course, there is also a TV, WiFi and in the open-plan kitchen area you will find an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and the necessary crockery. An electric roller shutter provides darkness and sun protection if required. There is also a small shower room and a hallway with a wardrobe and a storage room. We want you to feel comfortable and endeavour to keep the flat up to date with ongoing renovations.
The covered balcony with its modern garden furniture is the ideal place to sit and relax.
