Within a radius of 200 metres from the flat you will find minimarkets, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The flat has an area of 80m2. A large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a small balcony. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift. The Gianicolense district is home to the largest park in Rome, Villa Doria Pamphili and the Gianicolo Park, with a fantastic view of Rome. The famous flea market of Porta Portese, which takes place on Sunday mornings, is only a 10-minute walk away.
