With tram number 8 you can reach the heart of Trastevere in 5 minutes and the historic centre of Rome (Piazza Argentina) in 10 minutes. Within a radius of 200 metres from the flat you will find minimarkets, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The flat has an area of 80m2. A large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a small balcony. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift.
