Family friendly La Punt Chamues-ch a village with 700 inhabitants at the southern foot of the Albula Pass at 1700 metres above sea level, away from the hustle and bustle and yet in the heart of the Upper Engadine. An ideal starting point for sporting and cultural activities and events in the region. A lively, well-preserved village. The Engadine farmhouses and patrician houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries give the village a very special charm. Particularly worth seeing are the early church of St. Andrea in Chamues-ch with its paintings and frescoes and the baroque church in La Punt, built in 1680. As a centrally located village, La Punt Chamues-ch is the starting point for challenging mountain tours and easy hikes. Families with children are welcome guests. Both the 18-hole golf course in Samedan and the 18-hole golf course in Zuoz/Madulain can be reached in 5 minutes. In winter, the Müsella ski lift offers ideal conditions for children and beginners.
