Our holiday flat: This is a basement flat that is anything but a basement flat. Modern and newly furnished, the flat invites you to a cosy holiday. Through the windows you have an unobstructed view to the outside, without a light well. The flat is very bright, as sunlight comes into the flat throughout the day. With 52 square metres and 2 rooms, there is plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. .
A large garden area can be used by all tenants as a communal area.
In our holiday flat you will find garden furniture so that you can enjoy the fresh air of the spa town outside in good weather.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A large wardrobe is available here for your clothes. There is enough space next to the bed to place a cot. There is a large sofa bed in the living room. It is easy to pull out and you can easily sleep 2 people on it. A cosy dining area completes the overall picture. In addition to a new Smart TV, the flat also has a 5.1 sound system with a Blue-Ray player and several Blue-Rays for cosy TV evenings. WLAN reception is also no problem. The kitchen is small but nice. It is perfectly adequate for cooking a delicious meal. An oven with 4 hotplates invites you to cook in the holiday flat.
In Braunlage you will find everything your heart desires. Ski hire, bike hire, monster scooter hire, various shopping facilities and many culinary delights.
The ski area is 1.5 kilometres from the flat. The shuttle departs 350 metres from our flat. The "Skiwiese Hasselkopf" is even within walking distance (approx. 200 metres).
A visitor's tax is payable for each stay. This depends on the season. The visitor's tax must be paid in cash on arrival at our holiday apartment reception. You will also receive your spa card there. You can find the current prices on the homepage of the town of Braunlage under the "Guest Card" tab.
This gives you many advantages. In addition to discounts, you can also use public transport in the region free of charge during your stay. The bus stop "Braunlage ZOB" is not far from the flat.
