The private residence has a very rare private, direct access to the free and fine sandy beach with infrastructure in the popular holiday destination San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia. In front of and behind the house there is a furnished, partially covered terrace with an electric marquise and a garden area with numerous green plants.
