Snowater Condo #82 – The Condo for Fun Family Adventures! It’s time to make memories while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse-style condo! The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and more than ample closet space, a ¾-bath, a remodeled galley style kitchen with upgraded countertops and appliances (including a dishwasher), and a pass-through counter/breakfast bar with two dining stools. A functional and comfy living and dining area features a small dining table with seating for three, an impressive Regency gas fireplace, a flat-screen monitor, and a small balcony overlooking the children’s community play area. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and plenty of closet space, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Need extra room? This condo pairs nicely with our family Condos #14 and #28, located directly adjacent. This WIFI* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. **WIFI service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly. Bathroom The following will be provided; 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower as well as 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside. Kitchen Dishes, pots/pans, silverware/utensils are provided in addition 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap and trash bags.
