Garden & Wellness - LeVigne

The Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" flat is located in the Residence Mea, on the border between the municipalities of Tisens and Nals, along the Nalserbach stream. The Residence Mea consists of three residential buildings built according to the "nature" climate house standard, with traditional architecture and a modern touch. The building was completed in March 2023 by our construction company "Ergobau" and designed by our planning office "Ergoplan" in the person of architect Christian Roncolato. The south/west-facing flat is located in the central building with a private outdoor area of 200 m² and a living area consisting of an indoor and outdoor area totalling 150 m². The interior has three double bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one of which is 10m², a living room with open-plan kitchen, bar counter and fireplace corner. The outdoor area overlooking the private garden consists of an outdoor kitchen, a bar area, a table for 5/6 people, a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. The entire area can be closed with automatic, transparent curtains and screened off with white curtains to ensure complete privacy if desired. Garden & Wellness "LeVigne" was conceived by our studio as a design flat, strictly Made in Italy and with furniture that has made design history. In the living room there is the famous oval Tulip table and in the outdoor area the round table by Eero Saarinen, accompanied by Moises chairs, which have been hailed as a work of art of the 21st century. The living room's fireplace area, which invites you to read, relax and enjoy a good wine, consists of the Egg Chair, inspired by the famous Arne Jacobsen, and two Florence double sofas, named after the designer Florence Knoll from 1954. The fireplace area is rounded off with a wall-mounted ethanol stove to add just the right amount of warmth to your cosiness. A wide range of kitchen utensils (Made in Italy & Germany) gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals with a touch of design. An electric barbecue from Weber allows you to enjoy an optimal barbecue experience. The living room and each room have a Smart TV (65" and 55"). In the living room, you can enjoy music via a second-generation Sonos box programmed with Google Home, which will listen to you via voice command in three languages: Italian, German and English. In the outdoor area you will also find a kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the nature around you. In the garden area there is also a small swimming pool DOLCEVITA (3*5 metres) where you can cool off on hot summer days. Depending on the outside temperatures, the unheated pool is available from April/May to September/October. The outdoor area also has a table tennis table, a sofa area and deckchairs to relax outside. In the basement there is also a table football and darts room for young and old. To park your vehicles, there is a private closed garage, a covered car park and an outdoor car park.
