The 8-party house is very quietly located on a small residential street, within easy walking distance (approx. 3 min.) to the Valata valley station. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher), shower with WC, 2nd WC extra, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 comfortable, large sofa bed in the living room, Swedish stove, underfloor heating in all rooms, CD radio, satellite TV with a large selection of channels, DVD player and a parking space in the underground car park. The flat has a light-coloured tiled floor throughout. A washing machine, tumble dryer and a heated ski room are available for our guests to use in the house. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The shop offers a wide range of winter sports equipment and all the equipment you could wish for is available for hire. In Affeier, about 2 kilometres from Valata, there is a Volg grocery shop, which also sells fresh baked goods. There is also a bakery and other restaurants. Larger shopping trips are recommended in Ilanz or in Chur, which can be easily reached by train from Ilanz railway station, for example.
