The property is situated close to many sandy beaches and not far from the village of Esquibien with its typical church and cobbled streets, a hotel, a bar... Nearby can be found a swimming pool/leisure pool, a bakers and 2 supermarkets. It is very suitable for cycling, boating, fishing, sailing, canoeing and walking. The house is very close to Audierne with its fishing port and marina and it boasts a superb Saturday market which mustn't be missed. Just 40 minutes' drive away is the ancient city of Quimper with its magnificent cathedral, many bars, walks and shops. Also, 25 minutes' away can be found the town of Douarnenez with its famous maritime museum and port. A bus stop is located near the house, in Esquibien (just five minutes walk) The house is perfect for peoples who appreciate authentic brittany.
