The modern 3 1/2 room flat was built in 2014 (Minergie standard) and is located in a 3-family house on the 1st floor. It is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the village of Lantsch/Lenz and offers a magnificent view of the Parc Ela mountains.
The village of Lantsch/Lenz has a training ski lift, a natural ice rink and a cross-country ski trail that stretches as far as Parpan. The children's playground is only 150 metres from the flat.
The holiday flat is only 5 minutes by car from the centre of the destination Lenzerheide. The centre offers a wide range of activities, such as skiing, snowboarding, sledging, ice sports, tobogganing, hiking, walking, biathlon, golf, biking, water sports and wellness. Postbuses run every 30 minutes (bus stop approx. 150 metres away).
