The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays. Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin. Guests of the house have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house). Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated).
