A spacious house for 1-6 people, 2nd line of the dyke, fenced in and safe for children and dogs, 2 sheltered terraces, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs and HD DVD, Wii console, table tennis table, 4 bicycles... The entrance to the house is on the dyke road with only a few houses. There are three car parking spaces and a carport directly in front of the house. The house has a marvellous view, a large, dog-proof fenced garden and a large covered, wind-protected sun terrace. The ground floor has 140 square metres of living space.
We offer:- a large living room with comfortable seating, spacious dining area, modern large flat-screen HD TV, blue-ray player, CD player, radio, exit to a cosy covered terrace - a comfortably equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, etc.) with dining area for 2 people - a pantry - a fully equipped bathroom/WC with underfloor heating and practical floor shower. A washing machine is also available- another spacious bathroom with corner bath, floor shower, WC and 2 washbasins- two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 140 box-spring bed, spacious wardrobes, 2 bedrooms (one with flat-screen TV and Blue-Ray player)- a games room, large table football, darts game, a 3rd TV, to which a Wii-Cube is connected. TV, to which a Wii console with many games is connected - 4 good bicycles (including 2 children's bikes) - garden loungers, garden furniture, seating for 6 people on two covered terraces, a folding table tennis table, rackets and balls are available - a free telephone (flat rate to the German landline network) and a fast WLAN connection via broadband.
Please note that the 1st dog is generally free of charge if you bring your pet, charges only apply from the 2nd dog onwards.
