This quiet holiday home on Föhr is located on the south beach of the island in the Goting district of Nieblum, not far from the Goting cliff, 7 km from Wyk. The beach is only about 150 metres away, and from the converted attic you have a wonderful view of the south beach and the island of Amrum. However, they are only allowed on the ground floor. The house is a non-smoking houseThe house includes on the ground floor a 25m² large, fully furnished living room a bedroom with 2 separate beds and built-in wardrobes a bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a separate toilet, a kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, grill, dishwasher and refrigerator with *** freezer compartment. A toaster and a hot water boiler are also available, a washing machine for free use is located in a separate, lockable utility room and the holiday home is connected to the Internet via W-LAN. In the converted attic - around 50 m² - there are 2 beds, a colour TV with satellite reception, a stereo system and a DVD player.the house is fully furnished. There are plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils, and please bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. The house has gas heating, hot and cold running water, and from the living area you can step directly onto the wind-protected terrace. 500 m² of lawn surround the holiday home. It is protected from outside views by a thuja hedge. You can park your car on the property behind the house.garden furniture and bicycles, which can be used at your own risk, are located in a lockable storage room directly at the house.
