On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large living room/bedroom with a large flat-screen TV, a light-flooded bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room (slightly separated) there is an adventurous bunk bed for your children. The property boasts a huge garden and offers plenty of space, so that you will find both a sun terrace and a shady spot. You also have the option of using a covered terrace. The terrace is for your sole use, the garden is shared with the second holiday flat. When you leave the property through the back garden, you are directly on the South Sea - the main tourist centre of Otterndorf.
