In the large living-dining room there is digital TV with flat screen, dining table and sofa bed. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Open-plan kitchen. Bathroom with shower/WC. Washing machine, internet (wireless LAN, free). Car park. Please note: . Non-smoking house. Smoke detector, fire extinguisher available. The flat is located in the village Schwenden. near the bus stop Filderichbrücke. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs directly behind the house. The Grimmialp cable car can be reached by car in about two minutes. The Wiriehorn cable car can be reached by car in about ten minutes. In summer and autumn the garden seating area is available for use. There are many hiking possibilities.
Excursion possibilities: All the sights in the Bernese Oberland can be reached within 1 hour by car.
