The house is located in the southwestern part of Sweden, in the town of Österlän, surrounded by forests. In the middle of peaceful nature. There is no car traffic in the immediate vicinity. The house is built in a modern style and has been winterized for 10 years. It consists of three rooms, a living room of approximately 50 m² with air conditioning and heating for the winter, two bedrooms, a kitchen with an electric ceramic hob, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker. Outside, a very large terrace surrounds three-quarters of the house. You can also eat and grill on the terrace. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and you can dry clothes on a large rotary dryer on the terrace. The house sleeps four people, and a crib can also be set up. The exterior of the house consists of an orchard and woods. The neighboring houses are about 100 meters away. The area is considered a luxury area. People live in the area year-round and only for the summer. The transport connections are very good and fast. There are beautiful hiking trails right next to the house. The region is known for its forests (around the town of Kivik) and their processed products in Sweden. The village of Brösarpsbackar is known for its hiking trails and viewing platforms, and nearby is a national park with a beach and various cafes, such as Cafe Annorlunder, where you can enjoy cakes and other regional products. Tosselilla Sommerland is a paradise for children and adults. It's a 10-minute drive to the beach in Vitemölla. In Kivik, there are restaurants, pizza bars, and a small harbor. Due to the beautiful nature and surroundings, craftsmen and various artists settle here. From January 1 to September 15, the fishing season in Prästensbadkar is very popular. A Kivik Market will be held in Kivik this year (2024), attended by many people from all over Sweden. About 10 km from the house is Christnehof Castle, built in 1741.
