Our holiday home "Nassauer Forsthaus" with its historic ambience is located in the centre of the small village of Nassau in the lovely Tauber Valley.
The holiday home with 120 square metres of living space offers space for 6 people, the rooms are on 2 floors. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and corner bench with table leaves nothing to be desired. The cosy living and dining room invites you to linger, the rooms are interconnected. From the kitchen there is direct access to the sunny terrace. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Each floor has a bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC. Only the bathrooms in the holiday home are equipped with a radiator. Otherwise, heating is provided by wood-burning stoves in the kitchen and living room.
Our sunny terrace overlooking the garden is equipped with garden furniture and parasol. You can relax or read a book in the shade of the mighty walnut tree.
As the historical charm of the Nassauer Forsthaus has been preserved, the house is not barrier-free. The stairs are steep, there are door thresholds and low passageways, and the floors are uneven in places. We recommend slippers. Free WLAN available. Short-term parking directly at the house, otherwise public car park approx. 50m away. No accommodation for fitters.
Our Forsthaus is embedded in an environment full of history: Nassau is a district of the town of Weikersheim. It lies in a side valley of the Tauber, the Nassau Valley. The town of Weikersheim with its historic town centre, the Renaissance castle and well-kept castle garden is only 6 km away. The lovely Tauber Valley offers numerous cultural and artistic attractions, beautiful nature, extensive and certified cycle paths and excellent culinary delights with local specialities.
