The property is completely fenced in with a fence (height 1.20 metres). An absolute must for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Whether from the living room, the kitchen or from the bedrooms, the landscape conservation area is a wonderful natural spectacle after the mowing with cranes and other bird species. Even in the winter months you can watch deer, hares, white-tailed eagles (willow 1.8-2.3m approx. 150m away) and other game and animals.
