An inviting porch leads you into the cosy living room with its semi-integrated modern kitchen, flat-screen TV and radio. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a marvellous view over the property and the valley. A further room with two convertible sofa beds and a large wardrobe offers flexible sleeping options. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils. A dishwasher is not available. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior. Outside, the well-tended garden with various oases of tranquillity, including a swing and a spacious terrace of over 18 m², invites you to linger from sunrise to sunset. The large freshwater pool, intended for communal use, promises refreshment on hot summer days.
