House in Sarbinowo, is a house built in 2023 in a quiet and peaceful area. The house with an area of 48m2, designed for max. 6 persons. The property is located 900 metres from the sea and the centre of Sarbinowo, to which there is a safe road, which you can walk in 15-20 minutes with a small child. In the summer season, the nearest shop is approx. 300 metres away. A large market ( POLO or DINO) is about 500 metres away. For those who appreciate active recreation, the R-10 "Velo Baltica" cycle path is 700 metres away. This road leads to the surrounding towns; Gąski - one of the highest lighthouses on the Polish coast; Chłopy - a beautiful fishing village with a small harbour and a pier; Mielno- a Merry Town, numerous attractions for tourists, Jamno Lake; Unieście - Jemno Canal. In the village of Dobrzyca located 13 km. from Sarbinowo you can visit HORTULUS theme gardens. The nearest exchange office is located in Mielno approx. 17 km. or in Koszalin approx. 18 km. away. Koszalin. Sarbinowo, is a dream place for a family holiday. The owner has his house on the same property and is available if needed. On the ground floor there is a living room with LED TV, corner sofa and coffee table with a kitchenette with fridge, pots, dishes, kettle, filter coffee maker, double induction hob, microwave. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, w-c, hairdryer, liquid soap. On the first floor, two separate lockable bedrooms, in each a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (80x200), bedside tables. In the larger bedroom there is a wardrobe and in the smaller bedroom a chest of drawers with 3 drawers. Beach accessories are available in the house ( 2 deck chairs and a screen). Bed linen is available on site. The area is fenced. We provide 1 parking space per house on the enclosed property. In the common area a children's playground, a sandpit with toys, children's rides and a barbecue area. Individual furnishing of the terrace: garden furniture ( table + 6 chairs), awning. Non-smoking house. Free internet. The house is not suitable for disabled people. Bed linen available on site. There is a safe road leading to the beautiful, wide and sandy beach, which can be walked in 15-20 minutes with a small child. A wide road, both pedestrian and bicycle, leads to the centre of Sarbinowo along South Street. In the summer season, the nearest shop is approx. 300 metres away. A large market ( POLO or DINO) is about 500 metres away. A horse stud is located in Sarbinowo about 600 metres from our resort. The R-10 "Velo Baltica" cycle path is about 700 metres away.
