Maid services (maid can come once in a day to clean your utensils, crockery, mopping floor, making bed). Please note that maid takes holidays and get sick too. With the recent directive of the Finance Ministry all properties have to pay 5% GST. Guest needs to pay these taxes to us. We can give you rent receipt or GST receipt so that you can claim from your company. GST can be claimed by your company. 9. Car cannot be parked inside the house.
