About this apartment rental

Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Your advantage when you book with us: You stay longer than 5 nights and receive one free body massage per person in our wellness area. Our four-star holiday flat is equipped with a large sauna (direct open-air access to the garden possible) and a steam shower. A free-standing south-facing slope offers a wonderful view towards Austria. The holiday flat has no direct neighbours. The landlord lives in the neighbouring building. The property is in a quiet location. The area is ideal for cycling tours. Bicycles can be hired locally, e.g. from the municipality. But also for hikers there are many beautiful hiking trails with the possibility to explore the area. One dog up to max. 5kg is allowed. It must be treated against vermin with a lasting effect. It is not allowed in the bed or on the couch. Paws must be cleaned at the entrance. No bitches in heat. The approximately 80 square metre holiday flat is newly equipped, newly furnished and completely CORE-renovated. It is modern yet cosy. From the dining room you can enjoy a marvellous view. The area is very close to nature and yet offers shopping facilities within walking distance. Adjacent to the flat is a wellness area with sauna and steam shower and a massage and relaxation room. In the flat there is a safe with two keys and a code entry. Therefore, no liability is assumed for valuables. You are responsible for any illegal activities on the internet. A terrace with barbecue area promises beautiful summer evenings. A spacious enclosed garden invites you to play various games or relax. On warm days you can refresh yourself in the Kneipp facility, which is located in the courtyard. There are no steps in the flat. A direct contact person is available. We enjoy a central location to ski areas and cross-country ski trails and in summer there are wonderful hiking opportunities. We are also happy to provide personalised information about activities and guide you to local attractions (beer museum) Our wellness area is directly accessible for a fee on site. We are pleased to inform you that our holiday flat has been awarded 4 stars. You can cycle on prepared sandy paths through forests all the way to the Czech Republic or Austria. A covered bicycle parking space is available at the house. You can charge your electric car here for 60 cent/kWh. Access to the car park is not possible for lowered cars.
