Natural stone house close to the sea, with a beautiful sea view terrace and boat mooring The holiday house is located close to the sea and beach in Sevid, a small place for relaxing and enjoying swimming in clear sea-water. It is only approximately 8 km away from Rogoznica, 16 km from Primošten, 20 km from Trogir and 40 km from Split and Šibenik. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds, this is just the right place for you. The private terrace with garden furniture offers beautifuly sea views. There also is a barbecue. The single storey stone house has one bedroom with a king size double bed and sea views. There is a fully equiped kitchen, an open plan living-/dining room with a flatscreen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet. Free Internet. Travel bed available for children. Supermarket and restaurants are only 150 m far away. The owner built this beautiful stone house and made the whole furniture himself, including the wooden chairs in front of the house. There is air-conditioner.
