This beautiful cottage is located in Ungias - Poneddu / Puntet just 2 km from Alghero. The country cottage is located in the shade of the olive trees surrounded by the scents of the old vineyard, where we still produce our wine. In the countryside (about 1 hectare) there are two independent and private units: a villa with a private pool and this cottage, a small country cottage with an outdoor Jacuzzi. Outside: an exclusive patio with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ, green lawn and a wonderful hydromassage mini-pool completely covered in precious wood for exclusive use The little house looks like it was drawn by an artist with a magic brush. It is a perfect cottage for two, very intimate and romantic. It consists of: a kitchen with azulejos, a double bedroom and a very precious bathroom. 2 km from the LIDO beach; 3 km from the historic center; 10 km from Alghero / Fertilia airport and 4 km from the pine forest and sand dunes of Maria Pia.
