Our house is situated on a small hill, surrounded by meadows, with a wonderful view of Abtenau and the mountains, only 800 m from the village centre. If you take the footpath across a meadow, you can be in the village in 5 minutes. as there are only a few houses in our settlement, we live very quietly. flat Abtenau, for 2-4 people, with 2 separate bedrooms and a terrace with a wonderful view of the village and the mountains. With a bit of luck, you can also watch deer in the neighbouring meadow in the morning and evening. Our house is situated on a small hill, so it is advisable to have snow chains in the car in case of heavy snowfall in winter. If you are travelling with small children, a cot and baby high chair are available. Children up to 2 years travel free of charge! We live in a very central yet quiet location, as the road only leads to our neighbourhood and there are only a few houses here. There are hiking routes right on the doorstep. The centre, as well as ski lifts, cross-country ski runs, leisure facilities etc. can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 - 15 minutes. With these two cards there are various discounts, it is particularly interesting that you can explore popular excursion destinations in the area around Salzburg by bus and train free of charge.
