Very sunny modern house with a 180° view of the Brest harbour from the living room, with a lovely terrace and a shower room WC In the garden 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom with a shower room and a small covered terrace The other 2 bedrooms are separated by a third shower room accessible from the 2 bedrooms 1 separate WC A utility room with access to the carport Underfloor heating by heat pump Bicycles games Ping-Pong table and sea 100 m away with rocks to climb for children's enjoyment
Large plot with ample parking when you arrive and lawn with trees on the sea side
The countryside with trees in a residential area with the sea and the oyster farmer who has been there for a very long time and who brings life to the area and allows you to taste seafood.
Very sunny new villa with a splendid view and as the tenants say when they arrive, it's a view with superb layers of sun and the city of Brest all lit up in the evening.
