Welcome to Chalong Palm Residence. This stunning residence was designed by an award-winning architect and is truly one of a kind. Located in a quiet street close to the Big Buddha of Phuket and approximately 1,5 km from the sea, it’s strategically located in a peaceful area, but also close to premium shopping and local goods. This mansion will certainly ensure a tranquil retreat to ensure a laidback tropical island holiday. And... it's fully serviced! Enjoy. Chalong Palm Residence has quickly becomed very popular, with the combination of lots of space both indoor and outdoor - together with great facilities and very reasonable rates. With a total land plot area of more than 2000 sq. m. (21.500 sq. feet), you will have more than enough space. The 9x5m swimming pool is a natural center, with the villa surrounding it. The villa has beds for up 19 people, but more beds can be installed if necessary. The bedrooms come in various sizes and while some are single or double, we also have family-oriented rooms for 4 people. All the bedrooms have air-condition and almost everyone has their own private bathroom. The bedrooms come in various sizes, from standard double to family-sized with beds for four people. You will also get your very own bar! (The Wild East Saloon) Here you can enjoy a pool table, dart, a fancy music-system, a karaoke-system, TV etc. There is also a big living room with its own TV-section where you can choose among hundreds of Bluray-movies and TV-series and even Netflix. There is also a foosball table where epic battles can be fought with your friends or family. If you enjoy reading, we also have a selection of books you can borrow. If you for some reason want to eat indoors (most of our guests prefers eating outside next to the pool), we have a beautiful dining room. Our cook can prepare lunch and dinner for you for a small fee. We have a lunch menu with various very reasonable priced dishes. If you want us to arrange dinner, prices will vary accordingly to what's being served. A clear favorite among our guests are a Thai buffet with 4-5 dishes. This will normally cost you three-four hundred baht/person (half price for children under 12 years of age). Another popular option is BBQ. However, if you prefer to cook some of your dinner yourself, our staff will of course assist you. These days internet is important, so no worries - we have a very fast fiber-connection and good wifi-coverage. If you need to use a computer, please feel free to use one we have available just for you. Outside, near the pool area, there is a big fridge with soft drinks, beers etc. where you can grab what you want for a very reasonable fee. Or, of course, you can also buy your own supplies and bring to the villa. The maid will clean the villa every day. The driver/technician/handyman will keep the pool clean, the garden beautiful and the villa fully functional at all times. The cook will make you fat :-) Breakfast is included in the rate, as well as drinking water, coffee and tea (24/7) - even the electricity! We can arrange transfer from the airport (not included). We use a minivan (max. 10 pax + luggage), and the drive from the airport takes approx. 1 hour.
