The location is close enough to make the city accessible, but far enough away to allow relaxation. There are several options for groceries if you prefer personal shopping over home delivery. Whoever they have as cleaning staff are amazing, and the apartment looks great.
Oh, and the 9-hole miniature golf in the back yard is fun and challenging.
The weather. It was extremely hot while we were there, so I spent the days in the A/C. Would have loved to do some hiking in the local parks, but didn't want to risk heatstroke. That wasn't any fault of the owner though.
