The house was newly built in 2018 and is located in the south-west of Cape Coral in the middle of a quiet residential area with good connections to great activities, shopping facilities and beaches. The terrace is equipped with a dining area and gas barbecue, as well as a large seating area and sun loungers. The property is located directly on a freshwater canal. The living area of the house is over 170 m² and consists of: Living room with flatscreen TV, master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and adjoining bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC. Cape Coral is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Everglades or to the marvellous beaches a little further north. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute drive and the nearest outlet mall is about 40 minutes away. The house has a large garage with space for 3 cars, here you will also find 4 bicycles and a beach trolley which are available free of charge.
