Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. This beautiful villa is at walking distance from the dunes and the beach in a quiet park on the edge of woods and heathland. Not far from the village centre and the beach (900 m) surrounded by (flower) fields and adjacent to a nature reserve, these villas are situated in a park. The style of these luxury detached villas with thatched roof, white plastered walls and authentic shutters for the windows.
On the ground floor are the living and dining room, open-plan kitchen, utility room and toilet in the hall. The bedrooms as well as the bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cabin, toilet and bathroom unit are on the upper floor. The villa has three bedrooms. The furnishing is luxurious/romantic and leaves nothing to be desired. The pot-bellied stove with fireplace made of Makkum tiles is very appropriate. Tiled floor with underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom. The very complete fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, cooker, microwave, in the pantry a washing/drying combination, colour television make these villas very complete.
A large garden with outdoor terraces and a parking space for one car round it all off.
The holiday park with reception is very quiet and only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those looking for peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playground has been set up in the middle of an island. Together with their parents, young children can enjoy the pirate ship, football pitch, table tennis, boules and much more. You can go boating or fishing along the water's edge, so enjoy!
