Casa cumpre muito bem o que promete, instalações novas e dentro do custo benefício esperado. Apenas não possui toalhas de banho, mas pelo valor pago foi excelete.

Хороший дом и хорошее расположение
В доме не было горячей воды и мы так и не смогли узнать у хозяев как ее включить и есть ли она в доме в принципе. Так же не понравилось что на территории участка жил какой-то мужчина, мы не чувствовали себя уединенно. Так же хозяйка дома взяла с нас дополнительно 60 реалов за собачку, о чем нас не предупредили заранее, хотя жилье было в списке тех куда можно с питомцами, что стало неприятным сюрпризом.

Boa casa, com tudo que o hóspede precisa para fazer um café, apesar de ter outros utensílios disponíveis para outras refeições. Sugiro conjunto para banheiro com detergente, pois só havia na pia da cozinha.
O terreno tem 2 casas. Não foi informado no anúncio que teria um anfitrião no local. Após conversar e solicitar a saída, foi concedido e ficamos sozinhos no espaço. A casa é um pouco quente. O ar-condicionado dos quartos poderia gelar mais, talvez necessite de manutenção. Poderia oferecer toalhas de banho dentro da reserva, nos cobraram 5,00/toalha, você perde tempo solicitando, mas chegou rápido.
