House 200 metres from the beach with veranda and beautiful private garden The newly built holiday house (2014) is 200 metres from the beach. It offers 70 square metres of living space on two floors and is equipped with everything you need to spend wonderful, relaxing days. A quiet and well-serviced place that can accommodate four adults and one child. Outside you will find a large veranda furnished with garden furniture. Very special is the private garden surrounding the house with orange and lemon trees. Free parking spaces are available on the road near the house. The accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a service bathroom. A wooden staircase leads up to the loft where the double bedroom is located (the bed can also be separated into two single beds). WIFI and air conditioning are included.
