Finca "Cortijo Masegal"

Charming house, excellent views, very well communicated in the centre of Andalusia with tennis court and swimming pool. In the middle of nature and surrounded by a small forest of fruit trees, we find this beautiful house. A charming house located in the heart of the Cordoba mountains, specifically in the municipality of Carcabuey, in the province of Cordoba. It is a fully fenced property 10 minutes walk from the village, with a house that can accommodate a maximum of 12 people in its 6 bedrooms (4 of them with air conditioning). The privileged location of the house and all the outdoor and natural areas that surround it, will make your stay a perfect holiday. As for the outside of the house, we have large areas where you can enjoy a rural and quiet tourism, since nobody will disturb you on the farm. First of all, we have a covered porch at the front of the house. A laundry room with washing machine and sink and a room for the firewood. The chiringuito and the barbecue are perfect to fill the stomach with family and relax. The chiringuito has its own kitchenware, fridge, microwave and small electric cooker and its own chairs and tables. The swimming pool (completely fenced off so that the little ones can't get in) also has a bathroom and night lighting, perfect for taking a dip and cooling off in summer, and the tennis court (with night lighting) is perfect for playing a bit of sport. There is also a basketball hoop. The views from this area are spectacular. The garden area surrounding the house is full of fruit trees belonging to the estate, where you can taste the fruit straight from the tree. We have a closed parking space for one car and an area where there is room to park up to 5 more vehicles. The house, all on one floor of about 150 m2, has a huge living room which is also a dining room. It has a fireplace which is perfect for keeping in the rural climate and providing warmth during the winter. We can provide the firewood ourselves. The living room has large windows that let in lots of natural light and show us beautiful views of the outside. There is a wooden bar cabinet and next to it, the dining table. There is also another lounge area with the TV and DVD player, a couple of armchairs and another couple of sofas. The kitchen is spacious and very practical. It is separated from the living room by a nice breakfast bar. It is equipped with all the electrical appliances you will need during your stay, such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, blender, coffee maker, etc... The pantry has enough space for you to organise everything and the kitchenware is very complete and varied. The 6 bedrooms of the house are very luminous. 2 of them have a double bed of 1.35x1.90, 3 have 2 single beds of 0.90 (one of them also has a fireplace) and the last room has 1 bunk bed. We also have an extra bed at your disposal. And for those who come with a baby, we have a cot and high chair. All the bedrooms have wooden windows and electric heaters. The house has 2 bathrooms, both fully equipped with shower and bathtub. Blankets, sheets and towels are provided by us during your stay. All the windows of the house have mosquito nets. The beach is 1.30 minutes away, Cordoba 1 hour, Granada 1 hour, Seville 2 and a half hours, the village 5 minutes, Supermarkets 5 minutes, Hospital 30 minutes. The house is accessed from a 400 m dirt road without any problems.
