Holiday terraced house D, Ostseebad Dahme The quiet, small town of Dahme, with around 1200 inhabitants, is part of the Bay of Lübeck in Schleswig-Holstein. Due to its location on a headland, Dahme often enjoys sunny weather and a mild, maritime climate. The pier and the approx. 1.8 km long promenade offer a marvellous view over the beach and the Baltic Sea. There are many shops and restaurants here that invite you to linger. Our holiday terraced house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dahme. The main beach, a beautiful sandy beach, is only about 500 metres away and the grocery store with bakery is only about 400 metres away. Our holiday terraced house with south-facing terrace is approx. 65 m² in size and offers space for up to 6 people. It has 2 separate bedrooms (approx. 14m² and approx. 12m²) on the 1st floor, which were renovated at the end of 2022. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (1.80m x 2m), in the smaller one there are 2 single beds (2m long). Synthetic duvets and pillows are available. On the ground floor there is the shower room with window renovated in 2022 and the living room (approx. 25m²) renovated in 2020 with its own fenced terrace (fence height approx. 1m). It is furnished with 1 sofa with sleeping function (for 2 people - 1.60m x 2m), 2 armchairs, satellite TV, dining table with chairs and open to the kitchen, also renovated in 2020, with extractor bonnet, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker and crockery. Our holiday terraced house is also equipped with a washing machine with coin-operated machine (€0.50 coins), free WiFi (video games and streaming are not permitted due to the limited amount of data) and 1 car parking space. We offer you a free travel cot and/or a free high chair. Utilities (electricity, water, heating) are included in the price. Dogs are allowed in this holiday terraced house. For an extra charge, a maximum of 2 dogs (please only small or medium-sized dogs due to the height of the fence) are allowed to travel with you, which may run freely in the fenced terrace area, but otherwise please keep them on a short lead out of consideration for other guests. Please bring your own blankets and towels for your dogs from home and help us to protect the furniture. Other or additional pets are not allowed. Please note that pet hair cannot be completely removed by final cleaning. Laundry sets (bed linen and towels) must be booked with the landlady for an additional charge (€ 25,- p.p.). Baby bed linen must be brought by the guest. Please note that tourist tax (ostseecard) will be added to your holiday price. Our outdoor facilities invite you to linger and offer your children a playground (sandpit, slide, swings and large lawn) and you a barbecue area with barbecue fireplace (we ask our guests to clean after use). A bicycle storage area and a large washing line are also available. The utilities (electricity, water, heating) are included in the price. The washing machine requires 50 cent pieces. On request we offer a free travel cot and/or a free high chair. Dogs are allowed in this holiday terraced house. For an extra charge, a maximum of 2 dogs (please only small or medium-sized dogs due to the height of the fence) are allowed to travel with you, which may run freely in the fenced terrace area, but otherwise please keep them on a short lead out of consideration for other guests. Laundry sets (bed linen and towels) can be booked per person for an additional charge. Baby bed linen must be brought by the guest. Consumables such as toilet paper, cleaning agents, washing-up liquid, spices etc. are not included in the scope of services. The crockery and barbecue grill must be cleaned and returned by the guest after use - it is not part of the final cleaning. We ask our guests to leave the accommodation swept clean on departure. The visitor's tax must be paid additionally. Children under the age of 18 are free of charge if accompanied by an adult. Adults receive a discount from 80% GdB. Sea holidays in Dahme - enjoy the fine sandy beach (with 2 areas for guests with dogs) with free Wi-Fi and the Baltic Sea; here you can learn to surf, go pedal boating and experience day trips by boat. Right next to the promenade you can play mini golf, table tennis, tennis and football, explore various playgrounds or treat yourself to a break from the beach in the beach spa with massages and treatments. But Dahme is not just about beach holidays - you can also explore the forest, meadows and fields, for example on a bike tour. If you don't have a bike, you can hire one - you can also hire go-carts and handcarts. You can easily visit Dahme and the surrounding area in about 90 minutes with the Bimmelbahn. If you would like to go on an excursion, it is worth making your way to the 39m high Dahmeshöved lighthouse, which was built in 1879, a visit to Eutin or Plön Castle, the Lensahn museum farm, the donkey and country play farm in Nessendorf, Sea Life in Timmendorfer Strand, Hansa Park in Sierksdorf, the small Noah's Ark zoo in Grömitz or the marine centre on Fehmarn.
