Fisherman's cottage 20 metres from the beach Pleasant holiday home with extension in 2021 offering numerous sea views! Ideally located and completely renovated, this house offers single-storey living, 2 south-facing wooden terraces, a fully enclosed garden and is situated in a small fishing village at the foot of the dunes, right next to the beach. It is set in a quiet location, along a small street running parallel to the sea. The 140m2 house is beautifully appointed, very bright and designed with solid parquet flooring. Access to the beach is just across the road ... Ground floor: Living room with stone fireplace, flat-screen TV and dining area opening onto large south-facing wooden terrace, fitted kitchen (dishwasher), 1 bedroom with bed 140x190,1 children's bedroom (bunk beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, then 1 master bedroom (bed 160x200) with its bathroom and dressing area, direct access to the terrace from the bedroom First floor: large living room of 36m2 with several sea views; Jersey, les Ecrehou, la pointe de Carteret, relaxation area, lounge, dining area and kitchen area, opening onto a second wooden terrace... This beautiful holiday home, ideally located just 10 m from the sea, has been completely renovated and offers very good amenities. An extension will be added in 2021, offering numerous sea views! It can accommodate a family of up to 5 people, all on the ground floor with a living room opening onto a large wooden terrace overlooking the dunes and opposite the Jersey islands. It comprises a living room with sitting area and fireplace, satellite TV, WiFi, hi-fi, DVD player, 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a 200 x 160 cm bed, 1 double bedroom with a 190 x 140 cm bed and one bedroom with a 190 x 90 cm child's bed), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a small kitchen on the first floor, two bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 separate WCs. The diversity and richness of the Manche region's heritage make it an ideal place to discover and stay on this peninsula, where there is something for everyone. The house is located in a small village, so you can try your hand at sand yachting, go for long walks or bike rides in the protected dune area that runs alongside the sea and enjoy fresh lobster just a stone's throw from your accommodation!
