Close to the beach of Playa de Muro, on the outskirts of Can Picafort, in a quiet residential area, no through traffic, parking on the street right outside the front door. House rules: NO party ! NO events ! NO excessive alcohol ! The neighbourhood must be respected in the residential area, from 11 pm night's rest and room volume. Music during the day at the pool maximum background music, so that the neighbours are not disturbed. No youth groups or adolescent adults, there are better places and houses to celebrate and party. Very popular: Quiet, clean, responsible groups, families, sports enthusiasts, cycling, hiking, water sports. Can Picafort: In the surrounding area/in the village you will find everything you need for a great holiday.
