Accommodation rules: * Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, gas. Bed linen and bath towels. ATTENTION: do not leave air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with windows and doors open. Misuse of energy may result in extra costs for you. * The charging service for electric vehicles is not included in the consumption price of the gîte. If you need to use this service, please consult us for the applicable rates and conditions. * We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation picked up on your departure, leaving the accommodation untidy may result in an extra cleaning charge. * Please contact immediately any need or inconvenience you may have during your stay with the contact persons indicated in the booking confirmation. Complaints will only be dealt with during the stay. * No parties, visits or more people than those booked are allowed unless prior notice and payment is made. * Arrival and departure time to be agreed with the contact person. July and August or with other travellers arriving on the same day: arrival from 16:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours. * The deposit is given on arrival and is returned by BIZUM within a maximum of 48 hours if there is no damage. * If the house admits you and you come with a pet, it is not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
