Finca "El Chorrillo" mit gemeinschaftlichem Pool

The holiday farm has three fully equipped flats. These are set around a beautiful courtyard garden and each has a separate entrance and private terrace with lots of privacy. There is a swimming pool of 4 by 8 metres with a private terrace for guests to use during the months of May to September (12.00 to 20.00 h). The CASITA can accommodate up to four people. The flat has been realised in the former coach house of the farm. It consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a sofa, chairs, dining area, television with DVD player and a wood-burning stove, In the bedroom there is a spacious four-poster bed and there is air conditioning (extra charge), There is a fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. This flat is adjacent to another cottage (STUDIO). There is the possibility of using a washing machine and drying lines. Towels, bed linen, kitchen towels and drinking water are included. The village of Alcuéscar, with restaurants and cafés, is three kilometres away. Here you can get your daily groceries in the well-stocked supermarkets. There is a bakery, an artisan butcher and shops. On Friday is the weekly market, with a selection of fresh vegetables, fruit and local products such as cheese and cured meatsThe finca is located right along the Camino de Santiago and the Via de la Plata. There are some restaurants 850 metres from the finca, as well as a petrol station where you can also buy fresh bread and local produce.Dogs and horses are welcome, but please mention them in advance. Horses can graze in the meadow.The nature cottage is an ideal base to visit Cáceres, Mérida, Trujillo and Guadalupe (historical cities). For nature, there are natural parks (e.g. Montfragüe National Park) and several reservoirs (Proserpina, Orellana). There are many hiking and cycling routes from the finca, which go through valleys, hills, forests and swamps and lakes.Despite the finca being only a five-minute drive from the Cáceres-Mérida motorway (A66), it cannot be heard or seen at all. The finca is 5.5 hectares and accessible to guests everywhere. Near the holiday flats is a shared garden with personal terrace. The finca is easily accessible. From the EX 382 you go up the Gordel de Merida. The ancient spring route. This is a 5-metre wide gravel road. From Alcuéscar, take the 4-metre-wide Calle Real which starts as an asphalt/concrete road and turns into a hard dirt road halfway. Apart from the occasional pothole, you will not encounter obstacles such as centuries-old walls, overhanging trees, sharp bends, etc. *It is forbidden by law to allow dogs and other (domestic) animals in the pool area used by guests of a tourist accommodation. *In the grounds of the casa rural and near the stables, pets are not allowed to run loose. Pets must be kept on a leash, or kept near the cottage. This is necessary to prevent nuisance to other guests and/or our animals. *Dogs are allowed to run free in the farm fields, provided they do not harm the farm animals grazing there, the vegetable garden and the wildlife that may be there (e.g. nesting birds, tortoises, rabbits and hares). *Maximum 2 pets allowed per accommodation. *Pets must be registered in advance. *Pets must be microchipped and have the necessary vaccinations and valid documentation which must be presented on arrival. The village of Alcuéscar is 3 km from the finca. Several restaurants and cafés can be found in the village. You can also go there for daily shopping in the well-stocked supermarkets.
