The central location makes it possible to explore all the places of tourist interest in the area and the Zingst/Darß sandy beaches about 20km away or Stralsund 19km away. The house was completely modernized at the beginning of 2017 and charmingly furnished. The living and dining room opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and an awning, as well as a fully enclosed garden on a 1700m² site, where you can relax. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. Private car parking spaces are available on site. Pets are not allowed. The town Barth has a family shopping centre, the Stolz department store, a DIY store and many other everyday shops. The town Barth by the Barther Bodden is just 9.5km away. The Rostock-Stralsund railway runs about 2.5km away from Karnin and can be accessed via the ICE train station Velgast 2.5km away. There are plenty of parking spaces at the train station.
