RED the 'flat is on the ground floor, private entrance, (1 bedroom with double bed + one single bed). It is equipped with: heating, air conditioning, TV, Free-Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and outside a private veranda equipped with sofa 3 seats, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining. The interior of the RED flat consists of: - Living area with 4 burner induction cooker, sink, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets with service (6 people), dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for cooking, dishcloths and tablecloth, table, chairs. - The bedroom with double bed + single bed (with sheets and blankets) furnished with wardrobe, dresser and chest of drawers with TV. - The bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towels for all guests. - The flat is equipped with a clothes rack, iron and ironing board. A washing machine is available to guests. The flat has a communal garden and a private covered veranda outside, equipped with a 3-seater sofa, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining. Guests also have a parking space in the private courtyard of the agriturismo. THE SWIMMING-POOL is reserved for guests only (m 12x6 - open from 25.04 to 06.10) with its panoramic TERRACE extending around the swimming pool is equipped with shower and deckchairs, sunbeds, parasols and tables.
