The detached house is in Medulin on the Adriatic coast of Croatia. The house was built in 2007 and was last renovated in 2007. Owing to the location and the size of the garden, the beautiful house with two bedrooms is ideal for families with children and pets. In the outdoor area a garden awaits you with a lawn and an olive grove, as well as a cosy sunny terrace with garden furniture and a grill. If you would like sports activities on land, you have a wide choice: riding facilities (ca. 200m), a tennis court (ca. 1km), a volleyball court (ca. 1km), bicycle hire (ca. 200m).
