This well-equipped, family-friendly holiday apartment is on one of the most beautiful and quietest streets in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst.Quiet apartment near the centre and the beach, for non-smokers, with a private terrace and parking space, as well as wireless Internet access The living room opens directly onto the private terrace with garden chairs, a table and a parasol. There are two houses each with six holiday apartments on the 1800m² site enclosed by hedges. The apartment with 66m² of living space is on the ground floor of a house with a total of six holiday apartments. It can accommodate a maximum of four people. The centrepiece of the accommodation is the spacious living and dining room with a sofa, armchairs, a radio, a flatscreen TV (48”), wireless Internet access, a dining table with chairs and a kitchen unit equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob and oven, Senseo coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of crockery and a dishwasher. The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed 200cm wide, a wardrobe and two bedside tables, the second with two box spring beds 90cm wide (possible to be joined as double bed) and a wardrobe. All the windows have blinds. The bathroom has a shower, a big mirror and a towel radiator, a child step for the washbasin, a hairdryer and a cosmetics mirror. A restaurant, shops and a children’s playground, as well as riding facilities, tennis, minigolf, fishing, surfing, a section of nudist beach, a swimming pool, a sauna and doctors are all nearby. The Zingst tourist office can also provide information about further activities such as Nordic walking, hikes and guided tours, cycling, riding, cart rides, skating and a range of water sports. There is a lockable bicycle garage, as well as a shared grill area. Note that pets are not allowed. A child’s travel bed and a highchair are available on request. Our laundry package, which can be booked optionally for a fee, includes a set of bed linen, a shower towel, two hand towels and two guest towels. As basis equipment you will find in the apartment: toilet paper, new toilet brush, soap, bath mat, 500 gr. of coffee, filter bags, two dry towels, and tabs as well as rinse aid for the dishwasher. I ask you to wash the dishes on the day of departure and put them back dry into the cupboards. Thanks in advance.
