This charming detached holiday home, built in 1750, is located in the small village of Couze-et-Saint Front in the Dordogne valley, between Bergerac and Sarlat. In the village, we have many shops: 2 bakeries, 1 grocery shop, 1 pharmacy, newspapers, 1 bar and 2 restaurants. The house is on a small street in the quiet upper part of the village. The village is listed because there are paper mills under heritage protection The beautifully decorated house offers 65m² of living space for four people, completely individual. The living room on the ground floor, which opens directly onto the terrace, has an authentic style, with stone walls and bleached wooden beams. The fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, kettle and dishwasher) opens directly onto the garden patio, where you can eat in. .
