Cosy, separate holiday flat (approx. 45 m²) for up to two adults and one child in a side street with a fenced garden and courtyard that is safe for children and dogs. The town centre of Norden with great shopping facilities is only about 1500 m away on foot.
In addition to the holiday flat, guests also have free use of a garden house, garden, children's pool and car park.
The separate entrance on the ground floor leads to an entrance hall with cloakroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the holiday flat. To the right is the bedroom with double bed (200x190) and a single bed (90x200), straight ahead is the kitchen area with fitted kitchen. To the left of the kitchen area is the bathroom and straight ahead through the kitchen area you enter the cosy living room with dining area. WLAN is available. The flat has gas central heating.
On rainy days you can visit the many cultural facilities in Norddeich, such as the many museums, the fun and wellness pool "Ocean Wave", which is only 2.5 km away, or the seal breeding station in Norddeich. The beach of Norddeich is about three kilometres away. From here you have a great view of the islands of Norderney and Juist in good weather. The ferry terminal for a possible visit to the islands is only 3.5 km away. Restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk away. The Norder Tief (approx. 1500 m) offers good fishing opportunities.
